When your child does these exercises for kids, they should do them from a standing position with the person holding their hands on their stomach. The exercises should be repeated many times.
o Stretching Exercises These will help your child’s muscles and strengthen them, making them stronger. These are very good for helping children avoid injuries and they will feel better overall. They can also work to increase the child’s flexibility and coordination.
o Stand-ups These are great for building coordination and self-esteem, as well. Children who are more coordinated will feel more confident. They will also improve their posture and be less afraid of any new situation.
o Dance-these exercises These are fantastic for developing the coordination of the body. and balance. They can also be very beneficial for your child to develop self-confidence and social skills.
